Pool Rules

Access to Pool:
Gate requires homeowner access card.
Adult homeowner must pick up access card; please bring ID that shows name and address.
For NEW or REPLACEMENT card pick up, please contact: janice3garrett@gmail.com

Current homeowners do not need to pick up a new card when you pay your annual dues each year and when the pool is open your pool access card is activated.

Safety/Health Regulations:
1.   No diving or solo swimming.
2.   No pushing, boisterous or rough play, spitting or nose blowing.
3.   No smoking inside the gate.
4.   No glass allowed in pool or on pool deck area.
5.   No alcohol consumption permitted inside pool fenced area, playground or parking area.
6.   No persons with skin, eye, nasal infections or communicable diseases in pool.
7.   No animals or pets in pool or pool area.
8.   No skate boards, bikes, or roller blades permitted inside pool fenced area (please use bike rack).
9.   Lifeguard stands are off limits to all residents and guests.
10. No propping the gate open (DHEC regulation).
11. Open the gate for family members and guests only.

Children at the Pool:
1.   Swim-diapers required for all non-potty trained children.
2.   Children 6 and younger must be accompanied to restroom by an adult.
3.   Children 13 and younger may not enter pool or pool area without adult supervision.

Additional Rules When Lifeguards are Present:
During adult swim, children must stay on top concrete area of pool (NOT on steps).

Housekeeping Rules:
Please remove all personal items and place personal trash in garbage can upon exiting.

Guests:
Number of guests for an adult is limited to five (5) – Guests must be accompanied by an adult card holding homeowner.
Number of guest for teenagers (over 13) is limited to three (3) – NO EXCEPTIONS.

All persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk and in compliance with all pertinent rules and regulations.  The Northcliff HOA is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property of any kind or for any bodily injury resulting from the use of these facilities.  Northcliff HOA reserves the right to revoke any homeowner’s/household’s access to the pool for misuse or non-compliance with community pool rules, covenant violations, or non-payment of dues.
