and Closing Dates are based on “No-Weather Issues” and “Non-Mechanical Issues”
Hours 6am-“10pm”
All persons using the pool facilities do so
at their own risk and in compliance with all pertinent rules and
regulations. The Northcliff HOA is not
responsible for loss or damage to personal property of any kind or for any
bodily injury resulting from the use of these facilities. Northcliff HOA reserves the right to revoke any homeowner’s/household’s access to the pool for misuse or non-compliance with community pool rules, covenant violations, or non-payment of dues.
