Parties are
scheduled through HOA Community Management. Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks to allow for the receipt of checks
and notification to Upstate Pool and the HOA Board.

All pre-planned events, even those involving all or mostly homeowners, are considered parties and require a reservation, rental fee and security deposit.
· Number of parties limited to two (2) per household each swim season.
· Number of party guests is limited to fifty (50). Number of weekend party
guests is limited to thirty (30).
· All parties limited to three (3) hours maximum.
· Only one (1) party can be scheduled at a time.
· Weekend parties will be scheduled in the following time slots: 10:30 AM
– 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM.
· No parties scheduled for Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day.

Responsibilities
All food and drink containers, paper
products, etc. disposed of in garbage cans located in parking lot.
All residents and guest must comply with ALL
pool and lifeguard rules. Please maintain a family/friendly conduct at all
times.
All persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk and in compliance with all pertinent rules and regulations. The Northcliff HOA is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property of any kind or for any bodily injury resulting from the use of these facilities. Northcliff HOA reserves the right to revoke any homeowner’s/household’s access to the pool for misuse or non-compliance with community pool rules, covenant violations, or non-payment of dues.
